Challenge

Support the team by delivering designs across the My Telenet platform and ensure alignment with BASE and other platforms to improve consistency.

Solution

Delivered multiple designs to be used across the My Telenet platform. Improved the consistency by providing better foundations and templates and setting up a shared component library.

Responsibilities and achievements

  • Responsible for the UI design in the Digital & Navigation Experience team, delivering seamless experiences across My Telenet and My BASE customer platforms.
  • Create high fidelity mockups with the existing design system.
  • Create clickable prototypes to demonstrate the full product experience.
  • Analysed the My Telenet platform for inconsistencies in layout, typography and spacings.
  • Create reusable design tokens, components and page templates to have an improved foundation.
  • Create new UI components when needed that were added to the core component library or the add-on library.
  • Present designs to stakeholders from different platforms to gather feedback.
  • Gather requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasability of the design and to give feedback after implemenation.
