Redesign and improve the existing older internal applications making use of the new styleguide.

I contributed to the design of several micro apps which are now used by the business.

Create low fidelity wireframes in the early stages of the design.
Create high fidelity mockups with the existing styleguide/design system.
Create clickable prototypes to demonstrate the full product experience.
Create new UI components when needed that would be added to the design system.
Present designs to business in all phases of the design process to gather feedback and adapt to the needs of the users.
Gather requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasability of the design and to give feedback after implemenation.

Present achieved work and designs during the sprint review meetings.
Organise user testing sessions and gather insights.
Organise and lead design thinking workshops with the business
Lead organizer of the first Delen Hackathon to attract new young talent to Delen.
Served as a mentor to an intern, providing guidance and support throughout their internship.
Facilitated sprint planning meetings with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, estimate effort, and set achievable sprint goals.
